Partner Program
The Control Panel includes a built-in partner program for resellers and service providers. Partners are organized into tiers with associated discounts, certifications, and revenue tracking.
Partner Tiers
The partner program has three tiers, each with increasing benefits:
| Tier | Description |
|---|---|
| Silver | Entry-level partnership with basic discounts |
| Gold | Mid-tier partnership with higher discounts and priority support |
| Platinum | Top-tier partnership with maximum discounts, co-marketing, and dedicated account management |
Tier Benefits
| Benefit | Silver | Gold | Platinum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discount on licensing | Standard | Enhanced | Maximum |
| Partner portal access | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Priority support | No | Yes | Yes |
| Co-marketing materials | No | No | Yes |
| Dedicated account manager | No | No | Yes |
| Certification access | Basic | Advanced | All |
Discount Engine
Discounts are calculated automatically based on the partner’s tier and server count. The discount engine applies percentage-based reductions to licensing fees.
How Discounts Work
The discount rate is determined by:
- Partner tier — higher tiers receive larger base discounts
- Server count — volume-based discounts increase with the number of managed servers
The discount is applied to the partner’s monthly licensing costs. The exact discount percentages are configured by the Control Panel administrator.
Discount Calculation Example
A Gold-tier partner managing 50 servers would receive:
- Base Gold tier discount (e.g., 15%)
- Volume bonus for 50+ servers (e.g., additional 5%)
- Total effective discount: 20%
Discount rates and volume thresholds are configurable by the Control Panel administrator. The values shown above are examples only.
Partner Certifications
Partners can earn certifications that validate their expertise with Quazzar Cloud products. Certifications are tracked in the Control Panel with expiry dates.
Certification Types
Certifications are organized by skill area:
- Cloud OS Administration — managing Cloud OS instances and applications
- Fleet Management — operating large-scale fleets via the Control Panel
- Kubernetes Operations — managing multi-cluster K8s deployments
- MSP Operations — running a multi-tenant managed service provider business
Managing Certifications
- Navigate to Partners from the sidebar
- Select a partner from the list
- Open the Certifications tab
- Add a certification with its name, issue date, and expiry date

Certification Expiry
Certifications have expiry dates. The Control Panel tracks expiry and surfaces warnings when certifications are approaching their expiration:
| Time to Expiry | Indicator |
|---|---|
| More than 90 days | Active (green) |
| 30 to 90 days | Expiring soon (yellow) |
| Less than 30 days | Critical (orange) |
| Expired | Expired (red) |
Expired certifications may affect a partner’s tier eligibility. Review and renew certifications before they expire to maintain tier status.
Revenue Tracking
The Control Panel tracks monthly revenue generated through each partner. Revenue data helps you understand partnership value and make tier adjustment decisions.
Revenue Metrics
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) — licensing fees from the partner’s clients
- Server count — total managed servers across all partner clients
- Client count — number of clients managed by the partner
- Revenue trend — month-over-month comparison
