Real-Time Collaboration
When multiple team members are working in the Control Panel simultaneously, the collaboration system shows who is online and what page they are viewing. This helps coordinate during incident response and daily operations.
Real-time collaboration requires the collaboration license feature (Business+ plan).
Presence Indicators
When collaboration is enabled, you will see avatar indicators showing other team members who are currently online. If another user is viewing the same page as you, their avatar appears near the top of the page.
How Presence Works
- When you open the Control Panel, a WebSocket connection is established
- Your online status and current page are broadcast to other users in your tenant
- A heartbeat is sent every 30 seconds to maintain your online status
- If no heartbeat is received for 60 seconds, you are marked as offline
